Sajecki Planning Secures Approvals for Slate Drive and Coopers Avenue Projects

 

We’re pleased to share that two of our development projects were approved at the Committee of Adjustment last week, advancing our efforts to support employment growth in Mississauga.

📍 560 & 600 Slate Drive
Morgan Dundas and our team secured approval for:
• A consent application to sever the property
• A lot addition to expand a neighboring parcel
• A minor variance to support the overall site plan

📍 Coopers Avenue Warehouse
Tony De Franco and our team secured approval for a minor variance application to support optimized parking and access for another one of our sites.

Whether it is constrained access or accommodating new parcels, these approvals move our clients' projects forward, helping them get across that finish line.
