We have been supporting Edenshaw Developments in advancing an OPA/ZBA application for 42–46 Park Street East and 23 Elizabeth Street in Port Credit, Mississauga.
The proposal includes a 30-storey residential building within walking distance of the Port Credit GO Station, along with improvements to the public right-of-way along Park Street East and Elizabeth Street. Sajecki Planning Inc. recently attended and presented at a Community Meeting hosted by Councillor Stephen Dasko. Our next focus will be the upcoming Planning and Development Committee meeting.
