SPI Files Zoning By-law Amendment for Two 35-Storey Rental Towers on Hurontario Street, Mississauga

We are pleased to share that Sajecki Planning Inc. has submitted a Zoning By-law Amendment application to the City of Mississauga on behalf of Starlight Investments for an exciting infill development at 2233–2235 Hurontario Street.

The proposal calls for two 35-storey purpose-built rental towers, together delivering 698 rental apartments - including studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units - along with ground-floor retail space, all while retaining the existing rental buildings on site.

The development is strategically located within the Queensway Protected Major Transit Station Area, approximately 200 metres from the future Queensway stop on the Hurontario-Main LRT - positioning it at the heart of one of Mississauga's most significant transit-oriented growth corridors.

We are proud to support Starlight Investments in advancing this meaningful addition to Mississauga's rental housing supply.
