 Amanda Kivlichan is a Senior Planner at Sajecki Planning. She holds a Master’s in Environmental Studies with a specialization in Urban and Regional Planning from York University, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Queen’s University. She is a Provisional Member of the Canadian Institute of Planners (CIP) and the Ontario Professional Planners Institute (OPPI).

Amanda has experience on a range of municipal planning projects across Ontario, helping communities address growth, housing, and land use challenges through practical policies and engagement. Her work includes Official Plan and Zoning By-law Reviews, Community Improvement Plans, Growth Management Strategies, Housing Accelerator Fund initiatives, and other studies. She also has experience in development planning, including application reviews, planning recommendations, due diligence, and municipal approvals.

Amanda holds a Certificate in Public Participation from IAP2 and is committed to inclusive engagement. She is passionate about expanding housing options, creating user-friendly planning policies, and supporting complete communities.
