Mississauga PDC Approves 1470 Williamsport Drive Rental Replacement Development

Earlier this week, the City of Mississauga’s Planning & Development Committee adopted the recommendation to approve 1470 Williamsport Drive - a new purpose-built rental building featuring:
• Two, 12-storey towers with a shared podium
• 283 units, including 53 rental replacement units
• Over 60% of units containing 2+ bedrooms

This marks the first rental replacement application received under Mississauga’s Rental Housing Protection By-law. We’re proud to collaborate with City Housing on this milestone and look forward to continuing to work with them on the application process. (Image Source: BDP Quadrangle)
