Unanimous Approval for 1307 Bayview Ave Childcare Facility

We are pleased to share that the Minor Variance application for a new childcare facility at 1307 Bayview Avenue, received unanimous approval at the North York Committee of Adjustment last night.

It was a privilege to attend and present at the hearing on behalf of Growing Tykes Learning Centre - an organization dedicated to providing high-quality early learning spaces for children.

This approval marks another step toward expanding access to much-needed childcare services in Toronto’s neighbourhoods.
