Excited to share our work at 1055 Bloor Street with CAPREIT.

Our team has submitted a Site Plan Application for four blocks of three-storey infill townhouses, bringing 96 new rental homes to Mississauga.

Designed to complement the existing high-rise community, the project enhances outdoor spaces and promotes gentle, thoughtful intensification while expanding housing choice in the city.
