Sajecki Planning Highlighted in NRU for 1470 Williamsport Rental Replacement

Sajecki Planning was proud to support the City of Toronto at the OLT in securing the dismissal of OPA/ZBA appeals for a proposed 39-storey tower at 69 Yorkville Ave. As the Toronto region continues to grow, it's important that we consider our past and what makes our communities unique.

Our evidence helped uphold SASP 211, reinforce the Downtown Secondary Plan, preserve the Village of Yorkville’s low-rise character, and confirm that the site is not an appropriate location for a tall building.

We’re pleased to have supported the City in ensuring a context-sensitive approach aligned with the long-term vision for the Village of Yorkville.
