Zoning Application Submitted for Transit-Oriented Rental Development at 1439 Bloor Street West
We are pleased to announce the submission of a Zoning By-law Amendment application for 1439 Bloor Street West on behalf of Neudorfer Corporation. With close proximity to Dundas West TTC Station and steps away from the Bloor GO/UP Express Station, the proposal envisions a 33-storey rental apartment building featuring 379 units and 985 square metres of retail space.
As part of this project, over 385 square metres of land will be conveyed to the City of Toronto to support the widening of Perth Avenue and establish a new connection to the West Toronto Railpath, enhancing pedestrian connections and safety.
