Sajecki Planning Submits OPA and ZBA Applications for 39 Newcastle Street Development

We've been supporting Osmington Gerofsky Development Corp to advance an OPA and ZBA application for 39 Newcastle Street in Toronto. The proposal introduces three towers, ranging from 39 to 42 storeys, delivering approximately 1,578 new homes alongside ground-level retail, POPS, and improved pedestrian connections. Positioned next to Mimico GO, the project supports transit-oriented growth while enhancing the public realm.
