We are pleased to announce the submission of Official Plan Amendment (OPA) and Zoning By-law Amendment (ZBA) applications for 51–55 Dundas St W and 60-78 Agnes St on behalf of D-Stillwaters Development. The proposal envisions a 34-storey mixed-use building with a seven-storey podium, accommodating 559 residential units along with new commercial space, including a daycare. Situated within a Protected Major Transit Station Area, the project advances the creation of a complete community by integrating housing, jobs, community services, and transit-oriented growth.
