We are pleased to announce the submission of a ZBA application for 50 High Street East on behalf of Mahogany Management. The proposal envisions an 11-storey rental apartment building with 96 units, supported by resident amenity spaces. The project has set an ambitious target of delivering 100% affordable housing. With close proximity to Port Credit GO and the future Hurontario LRT, the project emphasizes active transportation, featuring over 60 bicycle spaces and limited vehicle parking.
