Sustainable Purpose-Built Rental Development Proposed at 1470 Williamsport Drive, Mississauga

We are pleased to be involved in a new purpose-built rental project at 1470 Williamsport Drive, Mississauga. The proposal includes two, 12-storey buildings atop a 6-storey podium and 283 units (including 53 rental replacement units). It integrates sustainable design features ranging from on-site stormwater retention, new landscaping, a greenroof, pedestrian and cycling infrastructure, and permeable surfaces throughout.
