Zoning By-law Amendment Approved for 72 Perth: 18-Storey Purpose-Built Rental Coming to the Lower Junction

 

Exciting news from last week’s Council meeting: the Zoning By-law Amendment for 72 Perth Avenue has been approved!
This 18-storey purpose-built rental project by Castlepoint Numa will bring much-needed housing to the Lower Junction, including 13 affordable rental units. Proud to work with Studio JCI and Castlepoint Numa on this milestone.
