In 2021 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by the owners, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for three (3) 6-storey townhomes at 2463 and 2469 Mimosa Row in Mississauga, Ontario. The development requires an Official Plan Amendment application, a Zoning By-law Amendment application, and a Site Plan Control application.

Situated on the northeast corner of Mimosa Row and Floradale Drive, the development optimizes the use of the existing single detached dwelling site. It also serves as an opportunity to help achieve Mississauga’s population targets through gentle intensification.

The development incorporates 1,668.68 square metres of residential space, 6 vehicle parking spaces, and a generously landscaped area. The project contemplates individual rear outdoor areas for each of the units.
