In 2024 Sajecki Planning Inc. was retained by Access Storage, in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary consultant team, to secure municipal approvals for the partial conversion of an existing office building to self storage at 90 Wynford Drive in Toronto, Ontario. The development requires a Minor Variance application and a Site Plan Approval application.

Situated on the north east corner of Wynford Drive and Sakura Way and within an existing iemployment area, the development optimizes an existing vacant office building to be used not only as Access Storage’s head quarters but also incorporate the self-storage use. It also serves as an opportunity to help achieve Toronto’s employment targets, while contributing toward the creation of a complete, vibrant and transit-supportive community.

The development incorporates 8,383.46 square metres of self-storage space,within the first three floors of the existing 5 storey office building. The project proposes a healthy balance of existing office space and self-storage uses.
