The subject site is known as the Parliament Slip and the consent applications would permit these lands to develop as a public road, park, and development blocks.
The project required three (3) consent applications which included a Technical Severance application, a Lot Addition application, and a Conveyance application. The purpose of the applications was to convey legal Parts of the site to prepare the site for construction and execution of the Draft Plan of Subdivision.
